Programme Management

The SAI management team has a wealth of experience in Total Program Management of VIP interiors. Previous clients include Yakovlev Design Bureau, Ilyushin Design Bureau, Airbus Industrie, Air France Industries, K International, Brisair, Shell and Harrods. Experienced SAI personnel will provide guidance in aircraft selection and acquisition, including surveys of aircraft, previous alterations and Service Bulletin Modifications. Our team will develop a Total Interior Specification to meet your budget, together with proposed LOPAs and story boards from our engineering design group. We will take your interior through from concept to completion installing and working with the Maintenance Organisation to certify the new or refurbished interior on the aircraft.

Veneering and cabinetry

Our aerospace engineers will design new cabinetry to meet your specific requirements, and to meet the required regulations. Our facilities include refurbishment of existing cabinetry, and building, veneering and fitting of new cabinetry.

Soft furnishings

We will source luxury materials which comply with aviation authority requirements, undertake seat styling, upholstery, manufacture of curtains, and cutting and fitting of carpets.

IFE and Avionics

We have teaming arrangements which allow us to offer customised IFE installation and avionic upgrades.
