Headrest Covers / Anti-Macassars
We manufacture a wide range of fabric, leather, suede and disposable headrest covers and headrest pillows. These can be customised with your logo using our range of in-house embroidery, screen printing, and hot foil facilities.
Pillows and Cushions
Our pillows and cushions range from basic disposable polypropylene outer / polyester fill pillows to FR cotton outer / polyester or feather fill in any custom size.
Pillowcases and Cushion Covers
We manufacture a wide range of leather, and fabric suede pillowcases and cushion covers. These can be customised with your logo using our in-house embroidery, screen printing, and hot foil facilities.
Quilts and duvets
For your bedding, you can select either machine washable quilts, or duvet covers with a separate duvet inner. We can help you develop the look you need with miniature bedding samples, and full size samples for the final selection.
Blankets
We produce either fleece, or woven blankets. The fleece blankets can be embroidered with your logo, and binding edged or stitched in a contrasting colour to the FR polyester fleece. The fleece is available in a wide selection of colours and weights. The woven blankets are made from Modacrylic or wool custom-dyed yarns. They can be woven to your design and to include your logo.
Table linen
We make plain satin or twill cotton or polyester table linen to any size specification. Interwoven custom jacquard designs and logos are available on request.
Oven gloves
Our range includes cotton terrycloth knitted oven gloves and the very latest Hi-Therm steam proof oven gloves, already in service with major airline customers. Whether you require dexterity, long or short cuffs, protection up to a specific temperature, from chemicals or against steam, we are happy to work with you and your flight crew to develop a product which meets all your requirements.
Bags and Holdalls
We manufacture custom first aid bags, holdalls for storage of headsets, bedding, and fire retardant gash bags. They are tailored according to the application to be practical, simple and clear to use, secure by a new lockable zip system, well identified by screen printing and provision of clear identification pockets, and last but not least developed to meet budget. The sidewalls and base of the bags can also be padded or reinforced for extra protection of breakable or heavy contents.
