Aircraft seating covers
Our teams are experienced in the manufacture of fabric, and leather covers for aircraft, rail and marine seating. SAI has a range of specialist machines to provide a quality finish on all upholstery including twin stitching machines for padded leather covers. In-house CAD pattern design and material dye cutting ensures consistency of product through out a run, and from batch to batch, as required by EASA regulations.
We specialize in taking existing outdated seating to develop a new image and improved comfort for the operator including new foams, styling and materials. Our team of designers, stylists and technicians assure a final quality product meeting the aesthetic, technical and EASA certification requirements.
Seat foam styling
SAI has the skill and capability to cut and style new seat foams for commercial economy and business class seats or VIP seating. We can make as per the existing styling or develop a new style with you in order to completely change the look of your seating.
Curtains
We can develop custom curtain fabric and pleated or non-pleated curtains to suit your requirements for crew rest areas, BC or YC dividers.
Carpeting
We provide custom carpet sampling, carpet sourcing, cutting, storing and fitting for both commercial and VIP application.
Dry-cleaning and Re-flameproofing
SAI provides a dry-cleaning and re-flameprooofing service for airline leather and fabric seat covers.
Bespoke design and special mission
SAI will develop your concept from Engineering Design through to finished product. Previous projects include custom divans and seating, storage units, and sound insulation kits.
