Our services encompass in house design, styling and pattern making together with our EASA Subpart J approved design links to bring a conceptual image to life.

The SAI in-house design team and will work with you to produce story boards for initial colour and material selection for your cabin interior. Using our CAD design facilities, we will pattern and manufacture special samples for your final product selection. First Article development is the key to meeting project expectations. SAI employs experienced pattern makers, who ensure that we capture the image expected whilst designing to meet budget. All samples are made using aviation approved materials, which have been burn tested and approved in our own test laboratory.

From our experience and knowledge of furnishings and their application in service, we can provide advice on the practicality of materials and products at the development stage. We work closely with specialist textile manufacturers, Le Moulin Gau to supply custom fabrics to meet the requirements of every project. We are happy to undertake manufacture of small runs for crew or laundry trial.

Through extensive research, we aim to remain at the forefront of textile design and technology. Our design and production teams work constantly to source new materials and suppliers. We have a policy of periodic reviewing of existing customer product to verify what additional improvements and cost savings can be achieved.
